Content mangement systems are numerous. Ultimately they all seem to offer very similar packages. At Kent University we've chosen Drupal because it's open-source and free, and allows us great flexibility in how we build our system up. Acquia is a company set up by Dries Buytaert, the guy who developed drupal, in an apparent attempt to get drupal taken more seriously by companies and institutions.
